  • Each session starts with dynamic mobility and building tissue tolerance through plyometrics and 3 dimensional movements that athletes will experience in their sport. We will then teach technique to help athletes learn the proper angles and shapes they need to use to get into the best positions to accelerate and change direction efficiently. We will then take athletes through agility drills to allow them to develop cognitive skills and reactive abilities. Our sessions then lead into some form of testing to get metrics on progress. We finish each session in the weightroom where we focus on building power, strength and resilience for their sports.The youth girls clinic ages( 8-11) will be Mondays 4:30-6:00pm every week.MS/HS lacrosse/speed clinics: Monday 3:00-4:30pm every week; Wednesday 2-3:30pm every week

  • The cost is $75 for the “season” and that includes a reversible pinnie. In the Flex 6 program we use the “pinky” balls, so the girls don’t have to wear googles, but they can if they want.   We usually run 12-15 minute games and then take a break. Since everyone has crazy Summer schedules, the F6 program is designed to “come when you can”.
